These terms explain the use of the Bali Wedding Palace website and the general framework for wedding enquiries. The services, prices and booking conditions for your celebration are set out in your written proposal and booking agreement. If there is a difference, the agreed booking documents govern your booking, subject to applicable law.
1. Website Information and Enquiries
Our venue descriptions, photographs, service information and examples are provided to help you explore your wedding options. Availability, inclusions and prices must be confirmed for your date and requirements. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a venue, supplier or wedding date.
2. Proposals and Booking Confirmation
Your proposal identifies the services under consideration, estimated guest numbers, selected suppliers and quoted prices. Review the scope, exclusions and validity period carefully. A booking is confirmed only when the confirmation requirements in your written agreement have been met. Please obtain written confirmation before making travel arrangements that depend on a booking.
3. Prices and Payments
The applicable currency, payment schedule, deposit, taxes, service charges and any transfer fees are specified in your proposal, agreement or invoice. Exchange-rate arrangements, where relevant, must also be confirmed in writing. This website does not establish a standard deposit percentage or payment deadline for every booking.
4. Changes, Postponements and Cancellations
Send requests for changes, postponement or cancellation to your planner in writing. Availability and costs may change when dates, guest numbers or services change. Applicable cancellation charges, refund eligibility, supplier commitments and postponement conditions are governed by your booking agreement and the supplier terms disclosed for your booking. No fixed refund entitlement or non-refundable amount is established by this page.
5. Venues and Independent Suppliers
Your wedding may involve independent venues, caterers, photographers, entertainers and other suppliers. Their relevant conditions form part of the arrangements communicated for your booking. Please review event timing, capacity, accommodation, supplier access and other venue requirements with your planner.
6. Outdoor Events and Unexpected Disruption
Outdoor celebrations may be affected by weather or site conditions. Discuss alternative arrangements before confirming your plans. If circumstances outside the parties’ reasonable control affect an event, the available options, costs and responsibilities will be considered under the booking agreement and applicable law.
7. Your Information and Responsibilities
Please provide accurate contact details, guest numbers and event requirements, and communicate important changes promptly. Travel, entry, marriage and ceremony requirements depend on individual circumstances and the relevant authorities. Confirm any required documents and responsibilities before booking. Guests must follow the venue’s safety and conduct requirements.
8. Photographs and Website Content
Website photographs illustrate particular venues or past events and do not guarantee identical arrangements for another wedding. Rights in website text, branding and photographs belong to their respective owners. Please request permission before reproducing them for commercial use. Any promotional use of your wedding images should be addressed through a separate permission or agreement.
9. Privacy and External Links
Personal information is addressed in our Privacy Policy. External websites and services, including venues, social media and messaging platforms, have their own terms and privacy notices.
10. Questions and Concerns
Please contact us promptly if you have a question or concern about a proposal or service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Changes to website terms do not, by themselves, amend an existing booking agreement.
